Shedfest

A couple of weekends ago our buddies Katie and Paul hosted their annual "Shedfest" party.  Last year Little E and Juliette were the only kiddos there (I think) and they were itty bitties.  This year, they were the big kids and there were a whole bunch of other itty bitties!  There were also grown-ups, but I didn't get any pictures of anyone but E and her buddy Jules. (I've got to get better at photographing others, if only to provide context.) E's daddy let her drink out of a regular bottle of water...

Summer Fun

Once again, Blogger posting is all messed up and I can't get my text where I want it! Urgh.....so the pictures don't exactly match the text.... Last weekend we went to the lake for what looked like was going to be a rainy weekend. Luckily the sun came out and Daddy and Pa-Paw built a playhouse for E and her cousins. Of course, E decided she should help too!

On Sunday, we got E this water table. I think we will really enjoy having it this summer.

Oh yeah. And baby girl LOVES popsicles!

Throwing Washers

Markers

Elizbeth has decided she prefers markers to crayons. Now, why, you ask, would you introduce your not-quite-one-and-half-year-old to markers? Well we didn't. Her school did. And she liked them. So we had to go get some for home. Luckily they are very washable - off of hands, clothes, floors, and faces too.

E Gets Her Hair Done

First day of the Toddler Room, E's teachers did her hair - they had pudding for their snack, so the teachers pulled everyone's back. Amazing that they let her! But do to the horrible experience we had taking it out...we haven't seen it again.
